I am a licensed clinical social worker in San Francisco with over 10 years of experience working with a diverse array of populations.
I have supported kids, teenagers, adults, and elders, addressing a variety of mental health/psychiatric symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity, suicidality, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. My work settings also reflect a similar breadth: a residential group home for youth, community mental health agencies in Massachusetts and California, an Oakland non-profit supporting families in crisis, and an orphanage in Thailand.
I hold a Bacherlors of Art degree in Sociology, with a Minor in Social and Ethnic Relations from University of California, Davis, and a Masters in Social Work degree from Smith College School for Social Work in Massachusetts.
I am happy to meet with you for an initial consultation at no charge. After that time, if you wish to continue coming to psychotherapy, I will discuss with you my current fees. I do not take insurance at this time, however, I can provide you with monthly statements so that you can seek reimbursement from your respective insurance company or FSA/HSA account. ***Please note that my availability is only on Monday evenings.***
My private practice is conveniently located in the Castro neighborhood at 4326 18th Avenue, San Francisco, 94114, between Diamond Street and Eureka Street. It is accessible by public transportation, within walking distance of the Castro station and the following MUNI lines: 24, 33, 35, 37. If driving, parking can be found on residential streets nearby, however, be sure to be aware of parking restrictions and meters.
Please contact me at (415) 855-1945 or via email at <firstname.lastname@example.org>. I look forward to hearing from you.
